All these are gravest forewarning of an open fight that will not be long to start. The recent Berlin Rarty Congress has been, in conclusion, a huge propaganda manifestation. As such however it had symptomatic value; a fact that should not be overlooked. The trends and volicies it depresenteg and proclaimed have nothing new; they have existed before. Now;they are open and official; the unification process has been re-enforced; the Moscowdictated control has been pushed one step ahead. ;
