For the future reconstruction of our continent, even more so, the presence of totally different human groups will create problems that will have to be met. They will strangely complicate a situation that in previous decades - by the fact of the multitude of its nationalities - has already fendered difficult the work of many statesmen and has been at the origin of decp-seated oppositions and conflicts. nm
